Large Capital Projects are a significant part of Anvil’s legacy and experience. Our large capital project performance record is second to none, with over 90% of our projects reaching 1st-quartile benchmarks and recognition.

In any given year, we selectively take on a few projects in the $30 million to $150 million TIC range and have completed projects over $700 million TIC.
When executing projects of this magnitude, we often apply an Agile project management methodology with amazing results in schedule and cost performance.
To meet significant project peaking requirements, we have an offshore engineering partner that is fully integrated with Anvil’s execution and quality systems to deliver exceptional technical capacity and allows for engineering work hour progress of over 16 hrs. per day to meet aggressive schedules.
